Snowbee Monofilament Leaders, a range of top quality tapered Monofilament Leaders, using Snowbee's super strong, low diameter copolymer nylon material. The 9ft monofilament leaders have a long taper and short tippet for easy turn over, 'ready
to go' general use and are suitable for applying your own choice of additional step-down tippet lengths if required.
The 12ft monofilament leaders are specialist Dry-Fly Leaders with a steeper taper and a 5½ft tippet, for the ultimate delicate presentation with no modifications needed.

Snowbee Poly-Coated Leaders - Trout

Snowbee Poly-Coated Leaders for Trout have a smooth tapered Polymer coating over a supple monofilament core make the Poly-Coated Leaders an extension of your fly line. These Poly-Coated Leaders have a neat welded loop at the butt end with a monofilament tip, which can be tied directly into your tippet. The Thermo-plastic coating gives a silky smooth surface finish and a superb, controlled turnover and presentation.
The Poly-Coated Leaders are available in 5ft Trout (12lb B.S), or 10ft Salmon/Saltwater (24lb B.S.).

The Poly-Coated Leaders give a superb, controlled turnover and delicate presentation of small to medium sized salmon flies - For larger flies simply trim the leader to the desired length (starting at the tip).
