Peacock Eye Top - Cut eye top with Herl. Excellent quality in both its density and its resistance, supplied by Veniard. The Herl from these beautiful Peacock Plumes can be used on numerous bodies, coloured with deep Iridescent Greens, The striking "eye" pattern at the top shows off its hues of brilliant blue, green, amber and purples. Peacock Eye Top also used for quill bodies.
