Giving it as a Christmas present so can’t review it until it’s used.

Looked around various kitchen shops but this was easily the best design for fish and I trust the Snowbee brand - always good products.

Nice knife but comes blunt, needs sharpening.

A very nice design - the steel might not be top drawer and it could be sharper with a tad more flex but for the money it is an excellent buy, including the necessary sheath in my view.

Looks exactly like the one used by my fish stall on Altrincham market ! Nice balance and good handle for grip (not tried it though as it's a Christmas present (it might smell a bit fishy in the wrapping paper if I tested it first).

Knife arrived 3 / 4 days after ordering. Safely packaged. Have used every day for 7 days filleting fish (fishmonger) good sharp, flexible blade. Holster very useful. So far so good. Very pleased with the knife.
