Thank you for your review, surprised you feel post too high, you paid £3.39 for a Royal Mail service (cost to us £3.80) - Your tracked order arrived less than 24 hours (Aberdeen) from ordering, protected in a jiffy bag, Im afraid we cannot subsidise any more.

Delivery very quick.
Very disappointed with the veniards poly yarn. It certainly does not float well. It actually sucks up water. Tied some retirer dryflies and they just sank straight away in a glass test! Shouldn't have to treat this with floatant. Be better off using a pinch of sheep's wool from a field!

The wychwood line tray is ok but i find that my line gets tangled quite a lot when i come to re-cast.

We've tried to contact you without success - when retrieving line in your tray, coil the line as neat as possible minimising tangles enabling it to shoot unimpeded through rod rings to achieve maximum distance. Also make sure your line is in top condition by using a cleaner such as line slick - Im sure with practice you'll perfect your technique - Hope this helps.

Very disappointing when you have paid so much for 3 flies and not even offered a few free flies to compensate.
Same flies can be purchased other places and at less cost.

Thank you for your review and kind words. Apologies you feel the shipping cost was too high. We already subsidise this cost & cannot subsidise further without artificially inflating the item prices.
You received a protected fly box so the hackles were not damaged, in a jiffy envelope, of which was posted first class tracked, & arrived within promised timescales.

Cant really rate the customer service as ordered the stuff online, so never dealt with them. The merchandise is good quality and looks the part, fabulous prices as well.
Although shipping was ok, the box it came in was very battered and torn and looked as though it had been kicked around the warehouse before being dispatched. as it is a xmas gift i will put it in a different box.

Service excellent in tough times due to COVID 19. As a beginner to Flytying, not overly impressed by the book, I am sure aficionados think it is great but for a beginner, it was a wrong choice.

Please check tracking sent on dispatch. Two attempted deliveries to your Denmark address, two days after dispatch - Both reported not in and left cards - Have left pack at local DPD pickup depot. Have emailed you details.

I fished with these last Saturday. The larger Fulling Mill popper was of good quality. The smaller “trout” poppers were not good quality. I tried three different ones and the foam faces hadn’t been cut accurately resulting in them dragging across the surface as opposed to popping and making the bloop bloop noise that attracts the fish.

Very disappointed,The merchandise was nice but totally did not represent the actual size,XXL,54 inch chest,more of a smaller size,than what was on the label,rather than send it back I gave it to my son,on the same instance why do you not cater for the bigger man,the fly fishing club I go to are always saying they have to keep shopping around for xxxL, and xxLnot everyone are smallish people,.

IBrze mallard poor. I thought that I was getting a better quality than Veniard . They were thin and wispy and not really suitable fhem !!or my purpose - which was rolled wings for Connemara Blacks. They kept breaking up as I tried to roll.
