As SUNglasses, these are excellent, giving amazing underwater views. The magnifying lenses are unobtrusive and give just the right amount of magnification. However, I have the amber lenses, which are described as suitable for evenings and overcast conditions. I completely disagree. I could see virtually nothing in those conditions and had to take them off and change to my yellow lensed hunting glasses. This is a pain, as I wanted glasses I could wear all day for safety.

Thank you for your review, Snowbee produce 3 versions for different light levels, there is not one set that performs 100% of the time. the Amber is the choice for mid light levels, the yellow is for the for lowest light fishing conditions. sounds like you were fishing in the lowest, but using the Amber. Happy to exchange if that helps.
