I was disappointed with this product. The tray is poorly designed as it does not keep its shape. The base-board does not keep the sides from collapsing inward. I returned the product to Troutcatchers, who, I must say, were proficient in reimbursing me in full.

Thank you for your review and your kind words - Apologies again for the faulty item, we have inspected and indeed it is faulty, which is highly unusual, a first after over a decade of selling this item.
Would have been happy to exchange, but you preferred a refund of which we have actioned as requested.
