Great piece of kit and very easy to setup on the vice. Noticed on setting up that there was a fault due to manufacturing so a quick email to Troutcatchers explaining what I had found and a quick response back telling me Snowbee had sent a replacement which turned up next day, top customer service from two great companies.

A good piece of kit that does what you would expec The first item I received had a manufacturing fault which I discovered when I tried to set it up. I contacted Nick at Troutcatchers and I received a replacement within 2 days from snowbee along with a pre-paid envelope to return the faulty item. The service was excellent. .
