2557-Colour: : 2557-Fl Chartreuse
Easy to fit and reuse, very visible, but sink almost immediately even with unweighted flies. Total waste of money.

These Indicators are perfect for small nymphs in slow moving water, with heavier nymphs or faster water, a blob of floatant would help, or choose the thingabobbers. Hope this helps.

Yet to see how they attach to hook. To just pass the leader through surely they would just slide down the line? I wonder if a float stop would be needed?

Thank you for your review, a simple knot, or a loop through eye of indicator with end threaded through loop before tightening. Hope this helps.

Nice indicators I would say these are readdy more so for your more delicate flies and waters, if its fgast moving or you are fishing heavy nymphs, get the thingamabobbers or whatever its called! Great service from troutcatchers of cousre.

Great indicator very easy to attach and adjust, but i have found i need to add some floatant to the yarn otherwise they sink even with the smaiiest of nymphs. has anyone else had this problem. Troutcatcher Reply: Thanks for comments - we have found them fine for small flys when the indicator is dry, a few false casts, as you would with a dry fly, would normally shake off any water. However a great solution, as you say is to add a bit of gink - it all depends on leader, fly, conditions - sensit.
