Excellent I ordered Pearsalls gossamer silk and it came so quickly. It was not quite the right colour (I use the thread for sewing) but they were happy to exchange. The only difficulty was they did not show a colour chart and when I mentioned this to them they sent one to me immediately.07/14Stevenson Fife .
