BUG-BOND Original - A clear UV resin for the fly tier that cures with a tack-free finish when cured correctly. This material is resistant to yellowing with age, has an element of flex which means that it doesn't shatter on impact, it is optically perfect and cures quickly (from 3.5 seconds). Original has a similar consistency to "runny honey" and is easy to manipulate. This is your primary tying material and an ideal introduction to UV cure resins... why settle for less. In addition to fly tying BUG-BOND™ Original has been used to repair rod rings (the BUG-BOND™ 9ft 9# ringed only in BUG-BOND™ Original without thread is over 12 months old and has accounted for in excess of 50 fish to 16lbs in weight). BUG-BOND™ Original has also been used successfully in braid to fly line connections as well as knot protection. We've also had reports of wader repair and one customer fixed a leaking electric kettle with it!!

What an excellent product, first time I've used Bug-Bond Original and I'm very impressed! Superb coverage and time saving curing, leaves a solid glass like finish, very clear which seems to emphasise the colours of the fly. Needs coating with Hard as nails or similar, will definitely be a integral part of my fly tying kit from now on.
