Petitjean Swiss Bobbin Knotter Type 2

model accommodates monofilament from 0.6mm to 2mm in diameter, making it suitable for heavier saltwater, predator and specialist leader systems rather than conventional fine trout tippet. An adjustable drag allows the working tension to be controlled as the braid is wound around the leader.
Unlike Petitjean Swiss Bobbin Knotter Type 1 model, the Swiss Bobbin Knotter II is supplied with two interchangeable bobbins. They provide total working weights of 60g and 85g, allowing the angler to change the rotational feel of the tool without needing any tools to swap them.
