Snowbee Wide Brim Ranger Hat made from tough 10oz Cotton Duck material which breathes naturally to keep you cool in hot weather.



Snowbee Wide Brim Ranger Hat is treated with DuPont Teflon for water resistance; this hat will also keep you dry in a downpour.
Complete with an adjustable chin-strap for windy conditions, which can be tucked away inside the hat with a neat Velcro strap. The Snowbee Wide Brim Ranger Hat also has a second Velcro pocket inside the hat crown for fishing licence etc.

Choose the correct Ranger Hat, measure the circumference of your head, loosely running a measuring tape just above the ears and approx. 1" above the eyebrows. Then refer to the chart below for your correct size. Note measurements below are  'tight' so if unsure which to choose, go for the larger size.

  • Small: Diameter (Inches) 6 Ύ" - 6 7/8" - Circumference (cm) 53.8 - 54.8 cm
  • Medium: Diameter (Inches) 7" - 7 1/8" - Circumference (cm) 55.8 - 56.8 cm
  • Large: Diameter (Inches) 7 1/4" - 7 3/8" - Circumference (cm) 57.8 - 58.8 cm

Snowbee Wide Brim Ranger Hat ideal with the increasing awareness of the harmful effects of too much sun, there is a huge need for a Wide Brimmed Fishing Hat. Baseball Caps are fine, but offer little protection to the ears and back of the neck. Snowbee Wide Brim Ranger Hat solves that problem in a stylish & practical way & is treated with an anti-UV agent for maximum protection. When Snowbee sent the material sample to the SGS Laboratory for testing, it went off the scale! It actually came back with an official UPF (Ultra-Violet Protection Factor) of 2569 allowing just 0.03% of UVA and 0.04% of UVB to pass through! Unfortunately, the 'official' rating system only goes up to factor 50+…the equivalent of wearing Factor 50 Sunscreen, so Snowbee had to settle for this!!!!

Thank you for your review - This is a high quality specialist clothing item developed full of features for the angler, such as being breathable, anti-UV, water and wind resistance etc. all to protect you through the day keeping you comfortable, and if looked after should last a life-time. There are possibly cheaper copies out there but not made with Cotton Duck material - Invest in quality.
