Chris Ogborne Sand Eel Flies designed by Chris and tied by Turrall.

Chris is an internationally respected angler having represented England on the world stage for over 20 years. He has fished in all fly disciplines but these days his real love is the wild rivers and saltwater of Cornwall.

These sand eel patterns have been developed over a number of years and now improved by the addition of Turrall Fly Tying Materials.

Bootlace Sand Eel Black - OG016
	Bootlace Sand Eel Black from the Chris Ogborne Sand Eel Range of Flies - Bootlace sand eels appear early season and are the smallest of the UK sand eel at around 3" long. This grey version works in all light conditions and the great thing with this smaller pattern is that you can fish 2 of them on a cast - a proven method that seems to trigger a reaction from the fish.

Summer Sand Eel Natural Olive - OG06
	Summer Sand Eel Natural Olive from the Chris Ogborne Sand Eel Range of Flies - The Summer sand eels have green/blue backs with pure silver underbodies, and are much larger than the early season bootlace sand eels. The Natural/Olive is the go to fly in any conditions and is an absolute banker for bass. The need for life in the fly is supremely illustrated by the fluoro fibre, whilst the amazing effect of light on the UV enhancer has to be seen to be believed.

Summer Sand Eel Blue / Grey - OG74
	Summer Sand Eel Blue / Grey from the Chris Ogborne Sand Eel Range of Flies - The Summer sand eels have green/blue backs with pure silver underbodies, and are much larger than the early season bootlace sand eels. This will also double up as a dropper for a two fly cast and is deadly with a summer sand eel as the point fly.
