Turrall Flat Tinsel - Fine

Turrall Flat Tinsel - Fine is a lovely choice for fine ribs and carefully detailed fly bodies where a wide tinsel would hide the dressing. Its smooth, metallic finish catches the light cleanly, while the 0.35mm width leaves room for neat, controlled turns.

• 1/64in (0.35mm) flat metallic tinsel
• One 55m reel per pack
• Untarnishable material retains its lustre
• Currently listed colours: Blue, Bronze, Copper, Gold, Green, Pearl, Red, Silver

• Keep the strip flat as it turns around the hook to avoid narrow twisted edges.
• Space a few ribs evenly over a dubbed body for durable-looking segmentation.
• For a flat, fully wrapped body, prepare a smooth tapered underbody before applying the tinsel.

• Fine-ribbed wet flies and traditional trout patterns
• Slim metallic buzzer details
• Nymph ribs and small lure body accents
